I discovered total body confidence on Google when I was looking for a natural way to solve incontinence and pelvic floor concerns. I found the website and loved reading the excellent reviews. I had a 15 min call with Blandine and loved how genuine, down to earth and understanding she was. I knew I would be in good hands so knowledgeable. From my first session Blandine explained everything and put me at ease. I could speak easily with her and felt like I’ve known her longer. My first experience emsella chair session was an unusual but very comfortable experience to sit on. I saw an improvement within the first week recognising better awareness of the muscles. It was a very comfortable and effective machine. By the second week I wasn’t panicking and had more control. By the third week I felt confidence in my body no panicking or fear of leakage in coughing, sneezing or laughing. I would highly recommend total body confidence and the excellent Blandine. “I couldn’t believe there’s actually a machine that can help tighten the vaginal muscles!” It was my first time trying this kind of treatment. The reason I decided to try the Emsella chair was because I had been struggling with urinary incontinence ever since giving birth.

I thankfully had the opportunity to meet you when I was down at my sisters in March. She brought me over to meet you and had asked your advice on my very weak bladder. You recommended the Emsella. 

I’ll be totally honest, I had been wearing bladder pads for over a year due to my very weak bladder. It was so embarrassing, when I needed the toilet I had no control I honestly didn’t think anything or anyone could help. 

Well……….. how wrong was I, wow, Blandine, thank you so so much, after just one treatment a miracle happened, i suddenly had some control over my bladder, I stopped using my pads I honestly cannot believe it. 

I’m so sad that I don’t live closer but unfortunately I live over 300 miles away but you had better believe I WILL be back to see you when I’m next down for another of your amazing treatment
